Heike Horn is a business coach, trainer and organisational development consultant who has worked independently since 2014. Before that she spent 20 years in management positions in global banking, including an expatriate assignment in the United States.

Her clients draw on that international experience in leadership competence, team and organisational development. In one-to-one coaching and impulse talks she works with people on finding inner strength for demanding situations.
