1. Overview

This website takes a privacy-first approach. We do not use tracking, advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not use Google Analytics, social-media trackers or similar profiling technologies.

2. Cookieless analytics

To understand how our website is used, we rely on Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is privacy-friendly by design: it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint visitors and does not collect personal data.

3. Strictly necessary cookies

We set cookies only in the closed programme area, and only after you sign in. They are strictly necessary for that service and last no longer than 180 days:

  • hub_session: a signed session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is the only cookie that grants access.
  • hub_who: your email address, so the page can show who is signed in.
  • hub_my: the names of the groups you belong to, for the switcher in the menu bar.
  • hub_name: your name as it appears in the access list, so the page can greet you.
  • hub_role and hub_staff: set only for coaches and CDN staff, to show the way into their area.

Signing out removes all of them. Our hosting and security provider may also set cookies it needs to deliver the website securely. None of these cookies is used for tracking, analytics or advertising.

4. Videos

Videos come from Vimeo or YouTube. The player loads only when you click play; from then on, the provider's own cookies and privacy terms apply. YouTube videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode.

5. Local storage

The feedback form for a module stores two things in your browser: the language you chose and whether you have already submitted the form. This information never leaves your device.

6. Managing cookies

Because we do not set tracking cookies, no consent banner is required. You can control or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
