We develop organisations, we qualify leaders, and we work with individual leaders on questions of their own. The three services connect to one another.
We advise on diagnosis, culture, structure and collaboration and design the process together with the organisation, which runs most of it itself, with our support.
Learn more →We develop leadership programmes for a defined group, from multi-day workshops through programmes of several months to single formats.
Learn more →We coach individual leaders and whole leadership teams, on site and online.
Learn more →Which of the three services fits an enquiry is something we establish when we clarify the assignment. The scope can change in the process: an enquiry about training becomes an organisational development project, and an enquiry about a workshop becomes coaching for the leadership team.
It therefore matters little to us under which service an enquiry reaches us.
An engagement usually opens with a conversation of about an hour. We ask about the objective, about the measures already taken and about their results. If we consider the service being requested unsuitable, we say so in that conversation and not in the proposal.
A written proposal follows, with the design, the staffing, the dates and the fee. No engagement is confirmed before both sides have agreed to that proposal.
CDN is a network rather than a consultancy with staff on the payroll. More than twenty independent specialists in consulting, training and coaching work on CDN assignments. The client has one contracting party and one permanent point of contact, and the staffing follows the assignment.
We work in German, English, Spanish and French. Our members are based in Europe, the Americas, Asia and Africa, and we run programmes on site, virtually or in mixed form.
All three services work to the same standard: we refrain from attributing properties to individual people and look instead at relations, structures and contexts. That is why we establish the conditions before we propose a measure.
It follows that a coaching process, a training programme and an organisational project can address the same question from three sides.
